Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

​

 By navigating this website You (“Client” or “Clientele) accept these Legal Terms and Conditions.  These Legal Terms and Conditions apply to the access to, the use of and all online purchases of the Client  carried out through the website.

General

​

Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without any notice to the Client. Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ reserves the right to update and correct the information of the website without any liability and without any notice to Clientele.

Payment and Processing

​

You agree that upon payment, the purchase is final. Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ do not change any aspects of a Client’s order once payment has been made.  It is the client’s responsibility to check over order details before completing payment of the order. 

​

Clientele orders placed on any day of the month, are confirmed production can begin, on the 11th of the following month. Most major credit and debit cards are acceptable methods of payment.  The Client agrees to be over the age of 18 and to be the legal cardholder of the credit or debit card used for any purchases on the website.

Remedies

 

All products on the website are subject to production availability at the time of processing.  If an order cannot be fulfilled due to production unavailability, Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ will inform the Client via e-mail and offer the options of a refund or extension on the delivery of product(s) ordered.

 

Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA); New Zealand Legislation.  Under the CGA you, the Client, Clientele are entitled to receive products

  1. Of an acceptable quality and free from defects

  2. Matching the product description or sample model displayed on the website

  3. Reasonable fit for a particular purpose

  4. Delivered Undamaged

If in the event an incorrect product or a product with a defect, fault, damage or of unacceptable quality has been received by a Client, Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ advise:

  1.  The Client e-mail aetotula1@gmail.com a picture of the product and packaging, if applicable, along with proof of purchase, the original invoice, in a prompt manner, within 15 working days of date of delivery of the product.

  2. Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ will then communicate to the Client an address for the product in the original condition received and the original packaging to be returned via a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once the product has been deemed to be defective, faulty, damaged, of unacceptable quality or substantially different from the description or sample of the product displayed on the website at the time of ordering, a replacement of the product identical to the product purchased will be shipped at nil cost to the Client or a refund can be issued. 

  4. The Client will receive full reimbursement of any postage costs pertaining to the product being returned for inspection if the product is deemed to be defective, faulty, damaged, of unacceptable quality or an incorrect product.

 

If a Client does not receive a package and the shipping company confirms that the package was delivered to the delivery address supplied by the Client, Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ will not issue a refund.

If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied by a Client, and the shipping company has confirmed delivery to the supplied incorrect delivery address, Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ will not issue a refund. 

 

If a shipping company is unable to deliver a package due to a delivery address being insufficient, any costs associated with the return of the product(s) contained within the package will be deducted from the Client’s refund and the order will be cancelled. 

 

Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ do not offer exchanges on any products sold on the website.  It is the client’s responsibility to check order details before completing payment of the order.

Cancellations

​

The Client may choose to cancel an order if notice of this via an e-mail to aetotula1@gmail.com  is received by Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ before the 11th of the month following purchase date.  The Client is to enter “Cancel Order Request” in the subject line of the email when informing Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ of an intention to cancel an order. A refund of the full amount of the order less any transactional fees incurred by Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ pertaining to receiving the Client’s payment and issuing the Client’s refund, will then be generated.

 Indemnity

 

Iesu’s with attitude™ T&F Wear™ trading as Iesu’s with attitude  executives  and employees will not be held liable for any loss, expense, injury or consequential damages of any kind incurred or suffered by a Client arising from a Clients use of this website or the content displayed on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law you, the Client agree to indemnify and hold Iesu’s with attitude and each of its executives and employees, harmless from and against any damage, loss, liability, claim, demand or expense including reasonable legal fees and court costs arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions of Service or your use of this website.
